What it does
The name is the scope Naming it honestly was the most useful design decision in the project — no gamified goals, no lectures about your coffee.
Native on both A Swift app for iOS and an Android app alongside it, rather than one cross-platform compromise.
A landing page that costs nothing The web target is Hugo and Tailwind — no runtime, free to host, which is the right trade for a page that explains an app and links to two stores.

There are a great many money trackers. This is another one — and naming it honestly turned out to be the most useful design decision in the project, because it set the scope. No budgeting philosophy, no gamified savings goals, no lectures about your coffee. Log what you spent, see where it went.

How it’s built

Three pieces in one repository:

  • iOS — a native Swift app.
  • Android — a native Android app alongside it.
  • Web — a marketing and landing site, built with Hugo and Tailwind CSS.

The web side is worth noting here, because it’s the same toolchain as the site you’re reading. A Hugo landing page is fast, has no runtime, and costs nothing to host — which is the right trade for a page whose job is to explain an app and link to two stores.
